Re: Heat transfer paper on iphone cover
Theres much discussion over sublimation inks on this forum with varying opinions what is certain is that sawgrass hold the patent for sublimation inks used on small format printersGkhnn;79926 wrote:

A small format printer according to sawgrass is any printer under 45 inches print width so legally you can not use any other ink other than the grossly overpriced (In my opinion) sawgrass inksnor can any supplier sell you ink that isnt sawgrass licensed unless you can prove you have a wide format printer.
The down side to this is sawgrass have an unfair monopoly on small format ink so can charge stupid prices for that ink
The upside is in zall fairness sawgrass do have quite a good support team and also ready made profiles for the printers they support. And they will take up the warranty of a printer thats beenrendered void by the manufacturer eg epson once you put sublimationink in the printer. You would be very naughty should you use any perfectly good non sawgrass sublimation ink and they wouldnt work anyway unless you had a profile created for you by the many profile creater guys out there.
