Hi all I am having a issue printing this picture to my mug I am a novice at this please can someone tell what I am ding wrong

What ink?
What printer?
What ICC/colour management settings/colour space?
What graphics programme?
What press?
What temp/time settings?
What sublimation paper?
Can you post the original picture here?

don't know what came with my printer which is Epson sx235w colour settings not sure CorelDraw, don't know make of press but temp 180 and 180 sec sub paper from lovecut don't seem to have problems with other pictures

when you printed it on the subpaper, did the image look OK (apart from being reversed/quite feint ?)

no when printed it looks the same as it does on the cup

Comparing the two photos, on my screen, it appears as though anything that's black/very dark is not printing properly.
Just wondering if the black head is blocked - would be worth doing a nozzle check.

Looks like the black has totally gone from the image. I'd clean all the heads a good couple of times and do a test print inbetween each one.

check if you print on correct side of the paper. i take it you don't use colour correction at all?

I think I have sorted the problem now printing in the wrong setting must of been having a blonde moment lol
