Ricoh Help - Reds too red!

Can some help me please I have just in stalled my new printer ricoh and colour management but my red is to red if you know what I mine

Have you checked through the instruction on the Sawgrass website with regards to setting up your printer and software? What software are you using?

Are you using the Powerdriver? What paper?

All working now there was a setting wrong

Fantastic It's very easy to miss a box ticked/unticked or a simple setting, sometimes you need to check three times and even then it can be something obvious, good job!
