Rich SG3110DN - printer display stuck on 'processing' not printing.

Hi Guys,


My Rioch 3110DN keeps freezing? At the minute i'm switching between Windows and Mac using a partition. My Mac free trial of CS6 ran out so i switched across to CS4 i have on windows.


I printed fine first 3 sheets and then when i went to print again it simply said 'processing' on the display.


I tried to cancel the print through windows and now thats stuck in the printer dialogue box as deleted but is still in there. I then went into the print settings on the printer and cancelled all print jobs. Still showing as 'processing' on the display.


So i turned the printer on and off … and it went back to showing as 'processing' on the display.


Anyone come across this?

I had an issue when the printer wouldn't print, just sat there processing however turning it off leaving it for a couple of minutes and then turning it back on again did the trick.
