I copy and pasted your text and found the Dakota Embroidery site instead, even text from a website is copyrighted. Those car logos look well suspect.

The thing is with being in Printwear and Promotion, it creates a air of respectability and trustworthiness it also not cheap to advertise in that magazine. it even offers one price for it images. and they keep you updated each year, they being doing this for a long time and have got away with it.GoonerGary;85726 wrote:I copy and pasted your text and found the Dakota Embroidery site instead, even text from a website is copyrighted. Re: Is this legal?
All of the big brands know that this kind of behaviour goes on and they generally turn a blind eye to it as its usually not worth the effort of sending a cease and desist letter to the perpetrator. I sit on the side of the fence where I work with some of the biggest licences in the world and it can be infuriating that I pay them their royalties each month while they let others get away with not paying although can say that I am the official licensee!
