I emailed back but then just got a reply saying they are sorry but try charts

I installed the Powerdriver-v4 SG3110DN (EU) from their website and have to select this every time I print, I've double checked all my settings against the install guide for page layout, colour management and print settings and they all seem fine to me

I'll email supplier now and fingers crossed they can help

had a similar issue with our Epson and printing purples, and after sending samples, got pretty much the same answer with the colour charts.

To be honest Nik, we never quite got round to it...that particular job wasn't that important that it matched 100% as it was for ourselves, so as it was busy I just left it and decided to get a profile done from Paul when I could. That was Christmas and of course, I still haven't gotten around to it...but it's still on the list!!

A bespoke profile specific to your printer, inks, and paper should help you get more accurate colours than a generic one which is an average of a few other printers, or just the measurement of one other printer.
Maybe Paul has some examples of profiles he's done for two of the same printer model using same inks he can show the difference?

I really don't think it's a satisfactory answer either and would be talking to my supplier as well.
I'm getting really confused now, I have received a call from supplier telling to check powerdriver settigns, I have done this several times only thing I notice in the sawgrass guides it refers to "powerdriver-v4 sg3110dn (US)" but when I select powerdriver in print menu I have "powerdriver-v4 sg3110dn (EU)" is there a difference between US and EU setup?

Also they have said uninstall powerdriver and use icc I am wary about doing this as I have wasted enough ink and paper as it is, and like Justin said we are paying a premium for the inks and I was under the impression that why I have to download powerdriver etc
so why do things not work correctly and supplier says one thing and sawgrass says another.

I'm getting fed up now and just wish I stuck with my epsons I never had any problems with them

I've attached screenshots of how mine is setup according to sawgrass guides could somebody cast a second pair of eyes over these just make sure I haven't missed anything.

If I have to change to icc will this make any difference
