If Sawgrass have effectively washed their hands of you, then maybe you need to wash your hands of their generic ICC which isn't working well for you and get to Paul to make one for your specific printer.

it's looking that way as I've tried everything and had 5 sets of eyes on all the settings etc so i know they are correct

Hi Mattie,

Been reading through this thread (just back from hols). Saw your screen shots on page 2. They looked ok.
However, when using the Powerdriver you need to be using the "printer preferences" option on the print page
[ATTACH=CONFIG]2710[/ATTACH]

This will give you the Powerdriver's printing options - this is what controls the colour printing when using the Powerdriver as the printer driver. Choose paper type, substrate type etc., & the driver will select the ICC profile to use. Just make sure the option on the "Colour" tab are set to Printer controls colour as you had in your earlier screen shots.

Yeah all that is setup correct I just forgot to add screen shot

I've stuck with the icc instead of powerdriver I'm getting better results also I've tested a few mugs and they print perfect which means it must be the metal inserts I use for cases
Never had problem with my Epson so might go back to them and write off the money spent on ricoh as mistake lol
