In fairness, up until very recently, almost everything I ever bought was duff when I got it. Started off with my very first Amiga being dead on arrival and from that point on almost everything else had issues.

You're getting a lot of overspray at the top of the mug too - do you get that with the mug press? I've never had that with the big black vacuum press. Must feel good to eventually get a decent result from it though - I was telling my other half how you'd gone through so many mugs with NO print whatsoever and neither of us could understand how the hell that could happen when it was standard paper, standard inks, standard mugs, and it was showing the correct temp. Good for you; hope they replace it quickly! I'm still waiting on a case of S4 covers coming from China more than a month after buying them :\

overspray -...just didnt cut it properly to fit.....wasnt caring about that, just wanted to see a bloody print lol

off to try one in the mold thingy now to see if any differance

oh there is heat, trust me, ask my fingers lol...but i dont think enough....

took the other one apart so i can wire the other one back.
they have tightned/crimped some of the sodding connections that tight, you cant get them off for fear of breaking the things of the circuit board altogether
so the circuit board has to hang there

i was looking at the other one....the metal fan in good one moves freely....the one that dont work, jeez, tryed spining it, scrape, squeak, scrape...its obviously catching somewhere....Hmm.....time to delve deeper into the unknown lol - wish me luck.....
