I came so close to getting one of these but for the first time in my life decided to hold off and wait for reviews. Really glad I did now. I'll stick with my press for now and save up for a more reliable one :P

you cant go on one persons review on these machines....these are duffers in all tech, not just these.
there cant be much more that can go wrong with these - i been into the backside of it, like everything has been stripped down and out of it....

there aint much to them tbh....

will keep this updated as a get any news from suppliers or if i find out whats going on here

had to laugh at justins comments while back - there is always teething problems with new tech - you call this teething ?

true, by the end of this you'll end up knowing more about the machine than the manufacturers! perhaps the next step is just to design your own with the knowledge of what to avoid hehe

After you said there were loads I went to have a look and there is 1 negative comment on one vid plus the vid you link which also happens to be the vid on the first page of this thread. These do seem to have issues but its a case of working out what are user related issues, what are faulty parts in the machines and if all the machine have a basic design flaw/poor build quilty problem.

edit: if you watch that vid and turn the volume up you can hear (or rather not hear) that the fan isn't starting up when he hits the pre heat button.

I think they are a great bit of kit from experiences so far. I thought it would be hard to get everything printing well but from the first trial it's been virtually spot on. Impressed with the quality of prints. Got the very big machine lined up as well for larger runs and hope that produces prints as well as this. Just hope the machine keeps going along without major problems and might pick up a couple more of these then.

yep, feels like it tbh

another update from supplier -
the over heating "could" be due to the main board over heating - they sending that our as well - jeez, if they keep going, they be as well to send out a new soddin machine

since i have left the top plastic lid bit OFF, and fired a fan near it, not had a problem....well in saying that, only done 2 cases one after other...

will give it laldie tomorrow again with the 4 cases treatment lol - and see if it fries the bugger or not.

not giving up on these just yet....yes my baseball bat has seen a few PC's and other things bite the dust, but hey....bit older now and wiser , er....hopefully !
