hmm, after downloading it does say its already installed. You might be using Sublijet-R inks. I'm using Visi-sub inks, maybe the driver I have is the most up to date driver for Visi-sub inks? Probably that's why my drivers are not named with Sublijet_R at the beginning of the driver name. Stick with PC, much better colour...

Are all the other colour management settings in Photoshop correct?
What workspace are you using? I always recommend Adobe RGB (1998)
As far as prints being colour matched to your screen - this is somewhat meaningless unless you have a calibrated screen too.

SubliJetR and VisiSub inks are the same. SubliJetR is the name most suppliers use but one company re-brands then as VisiSub so this shouldn't make any difference so long as you have the most up to date version.

I have a mac screen, don't ever really look at anything else for colour! most PC screens dont even give a consistent colour across the whole screen. The designs I am printing I also print on a EPSON R2880 using EPSON inks and EPSON matt art archival paper (lovely paper), so we know how it should print.

Thanks pisquee I did try the Adobe RGB (1998) as it does not select this setting as default when you copy vector from illustrator into photoshop. Probably the best print so far. Its just the pink colours, PC is really vibrant and colour is correct to the mac display screen and EPSON art prints we produce.

BUT...

I have just tried is printing it as I am printing it on a PC, but it looked no different. Then instead of selecting the sawgrass driver in Acrobat I just used the default Working RGB: sRGB IEC61966-2.1 which it selects automatically.

BINGO.. now matches perfectly to how it prints using the sawgrass driver on the PC when printing the pdf, probably colours are even closer. Sawgrass drivers on the mac just dont work for us.

You need to read up on Colour management, and how to set it up in PhotoShop/Illustrator. Also, don't trust what your screen is showing - i doesn't matter if it has an Apple logo printed on it or a Dell logo, unless it's a calibrated (you need to buy some kit to do this) and preferably an IPS panel inside, I wouldn't trust what you see to be "true"

Might be an idea to start a new thread, this one is 3 years old now.
