Ralawise ... what a joke!

I've had problems with Ralawise as well and now refuse to use them. I've gone back to using BTC & Prestige Leisure both of whom I've had no problems with & their customer service is very good.
Both companies inform you right away if they don't have an item in stock unlike Ralawise who just delivered my order, then I had to contact them to ask why I had items missing & for them to tell me the items are out of stock!!!! It has then ended up costing me more to try and source the items from elsewhere for rush jobs.

I have had the same with my last to orders not shipped did not even receive email - 2nd time as I had not received notification from courier I called them first thing and made them send it same day as like others had promised last minute order

came across this thread. interested to hear up to date thoughts. we buy 95% through them now but were with prestige after leaving ralawise due to poor customer service, but ralawise website by far the easiest to use in the business. we would never really guarantee a customer that we would have there items in and done for the next day or following but we will try our best as long as we are not let down. we also have a new rep in the south east. michael priestly. very helpful, friendly and always happy to help where he can.

We have had good experiences with ralawise.... But think that the pencarrie website and stock accuracy is the easiest and best.
