Vinyl onto Kevlar clothing

Hi I have had some biker friends asking if it is possible to press vinyl designs onto the new kevlar biker jacket and jeans that they have purchase.
Anyone know the answer?

if its got any kind of waterproof treatment on it, then you would need to use the vinyl for breathable polyester etc that rather than normal vinyl over the stitching is a pain at times, as it will always leave an area prone to lifting
