Has anyone had dealings with this company? They have sent my repaired machine out to a wrong address, now can't get it back, have rung rung rung, with no joy, the said they've sent a letter out to ask for it back, Not sure what my next step should be, Any help would be great

The onus is on the company who sent it to make sure that they have returned it to you. If they have made the mistake, they should rectify it, speeedily.

Hi James, Finally getting somewhere with this company, had to draft a letter stating what happened and that the will lend me a machine until mine is found, The owner kept on saying stop blaming me etc, they are trying to blame UPS but the have only delivered the machine to the (wrong) address that theyve been given
