rotary press?

Hi guys. Looking for access to rotary press or anything that will press for about 80cm wide. I know this is serious piece of kit and not every one has a access to it but i have an idea for little product and would love to try it as a project first...
So is here anybody who would take this job and do it for me?
this would involve printing on large format too.
