is there any way i can test the ink, as i need to prove its wrong. as i brought machine last april?

i suppose your right, but would i have contamination if i had sublimation ink in pipes, just grasping at straws, cant afford to buy new printer at momment.

If all the inks you're using are the same as the cartridge pictured, what I say is not conjecture but certainty. You have Ricoh ink.
