As my Mother always told me ............ "Credit where credit is due", and I am a strong believer in thanking someone for exceptional service as we are 'all' quick to jump on the band wagon if the service is poor so we should give positive feedback for exceptional service.
Anyway, I wanted to publically thank BMS and in particular Martin for their outstanding customer service.
I PM'd Martin last week regarding a package that I was interested in, and knowing he was away on his holidays I thought he would pick it up whilst over there. However, he replied back (whilst on holiday) and within 24hrs of returning, he has confirmed my requirements and my order will be here in a few days!
Yes I know there are some excellent suppliers out there, and I have tried many of them - but, as I say 'credit where credit is due'.
