Sawgrass changed their site recently.

I think what you are looking for is here: http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/Portal/Te ... izard.aspx

You'll need to create a login to access it.

Thanks Karen - I had found that page and following the instructions there managed to install the printer fine, but unfortunately when I try to move on to the next stage of installing the WinProfile, their pdf no longer matches the website layout so I can't find the link to the correct profile. I've sent them an email to let them know their pdf needs updating. Rather frustrating when I'm itching to get started!!

You could install the printer using the Powerdriver option, then I don't think you would need the ICC WinProfile.
I'm not sure if you would need V3 or V4. I'd try V4 as you have a new printer.

Maybe someone else on the forum could confirm please?

Thanks Karen, I'll give that a go if I don't hear back from them soon. The Listawood instructions recommend the Winprofile that was why I was looking for that. I have no idea what the difference is!

Cheers, Mel

Everybody is bald....we all started with hair. It is good fun and at times incredibly frustrating. So when you hit those "Arrrgghhhh!" moments make a cup of tea, think of the good ones and go again.

I started with the Win profile but changed to the PowerDriver, I know its not everybody's favourite but it works for me.
