NEW ISSUE images are not sharp and bad printing quality

Hi everyone, I just started to get constant results yesterday and I just want to solve all leftover issues:
1) Majority of my images are not sharp enough. I use 300dpi in photoshop. How do you solve this issue, do you use specific size and resolution?
2) Printing quality is not the best, I tried to print flat black pictures and I can see like little dots or bubble on it. It's fine for matte cases but unsuitable for glossy. I use epson xp-315 printer and cheap sublimation ink which I bought on ebay for 30 pounds. Is it because of bad quality ink?

crap ink or to much pressure if you print on metal.
Metal needs next to nothing pressure.

Cheap ink is often just that, cheap You may well get a decent print with the proper profile but I'd be very weary using anything that cheap unless it has a proven track record. We can't support or name third party ink on the forum due to the Sawgrass patents. My honest advice would be to look at the supported route to get you up and running, this doesn't need to cost an arm and a leg but will be more than £30

We'd need to know other details blanks being used, paper, time, temp etc. but whilst you're using that ink our advice won't be 100% relevant.

There is some very good branded inks on Ebay for around £10 per 100ml, but there is also a load of unknown inks on there for the same price - so telling us you got some ink cheap on Ebay doesn't tell us anything useful as to what your inks are.
