Refilling ink epson SC-F6000

Hi guys,

I have the above printer and one of the inks needs to be replaced.

In order to get the most of the ink and use the cartridges efficiently I am unsure if I should replace the chip when I refill the ink? Or should I change the ink now but keep going until the chip won't let me print and then change the chip?

I am unsure if the chip only lets you print for the 1000ml bag, or if it also includes an amount <70mm to cover the remaining ink from the previous ink.

Any detailed info from someone who has this printer would be greatly appreciated!
