Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
I can hardly believe it Ralawise have YET AGAIN let me down ! this must be the 6th time this year why the hell do i keep using them !!!!! well i wont be from now on.
i placed my order yesterday before 4.30 i spoke to their accounts dept and was assured my delivery would be today, i spoke to their sales and again i was assured my delivery would be today . i get an email today saying that due to high volumes of orders my order has been delayed (i bet a few of you recognise that line)
Heres a message to ralawise your customer service is a joke! you can not constantly let customers down without repercussion my advise to anyone who asks will now always be DO NOT DEPEND ON RALAWISE THEY WILL LET YOU DOWN!
well done ralawise i wonder how many other customers are turning away from you !
thank you

Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
I think... (and this is only my opinion) that Ralawise might be in some trouble (or in the middle of a serious reorganisation). Got an email saying one of their sales reps had left, I keep hearing about cancelled orders, getting cold calls from them chasing sales and the weird stuff about reducing their posting times from 8pm to 4.30pm. I cant fault the width of their items for sale and I always go there when I need something unusual but for run of the mill stuff that I depend on, I do go elsewhere.
Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
I like their range but to be honest to date every item that I have needed I have found elsewhere at a better price, if their prices were better then I would try ordering from them.

Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
Hi All
I too had the email regarding Peter leaving the company not sure what there doing at the minute. I placed an order with them Monday and cannot fault them delivery wise but I got my order in 2 separate deliveries part of the order in the first delivery ( Early afternoon ) and the second delivery ( teatime ) came in 3 separate parcels so that says to me it came from 4 different dispatches How can that from a business point of view be cost effective.

Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
I've been using them for a while now and have not had any major problems , yes deliveries come in separate bags quite often and I'm not sure why but as for delivery my DDP driver only comes to my area once a day and same time so no issues there,
hope your problems are sorted purple dragon as I think they are one of the main suppliers and would be a shame to lose them for what might be a phone call to someone high up

Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
Dave this has been a problem since before xmas and not just with me either i Know quite a few in the industry getting the same problems one i know even complained and the cancelled his account and black listed him talk about shooting yourself in the foot. I get the same excuse every time moving to a new warehouse and theres problems with the move but come on this has been since before xmas i can no longer have faith in a firm that lies to their customers
Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
My last three orders have been horrendous with wrong product and delivery split of several packages over a period of days and that was just for the stuff that WAS ins stock when I ordered!!!
Cheers!
Nigel.

I understand they are moving to new warehouse distribution centre, - i think they had 3 smaller spaces in the past, and currently are moving into 1 big one, - hope they get it sorted!

Re: Ralawise what a flaming joke
Used to have loads of issues with Ralawise failing to deliver so we went elsewhere. Started using them again in more recent years and so far, touch wood, all has been ok.
