Hi ,i think i was bit lucky to buy 2 hotronix heat press for 400 pounds..one is 16x16 hardly used and other is 16x20 heavily used..problem i hve is this 16x20 auto open clam press take over 20 mins to heat up and its shocks nearly worned out..Do you think i can buy parts to replace worned out things..??.if so where to buy them and is it feasible to repare them .??.....(its working but i want it to be perfect )..

Target Transfers are agents for Hotronix in the UK, give them a call.
They are well known and reliable machine and Target have a decent reputation so you should be able to source the parts. They are American made (I think) so parts may take a few days to arrive.
