Ricoh SG3110DN not printing central

Hi all,

I have a Ricoh SG3110DN printer and when I print out images they are not central to the paper. This is not a problem when there is plenty of room on the paper but I have one image that is almost A4 and it prints off to the right by about 5-10 mm.
This is intermittent as sometimes it prints ok.

I use Powerdriver software.
I have checked the printing preferences on the driver and they look ok. The image position is set to centre.

Has anyone got any ideas

Sounds like an issue with your image. What are you using? Photoshop, Coreldraw etc

I'm using photoshop cc. I didn't know wether it was an issue with it being A4 image on an A4 paper

In CC crop your image tightly to ensure there is no border. CC is normally very good at recognising white space around an image which it ignores when printing, this allows A4 on A4 but subject to printer margins. Set your printer margins as narrow as possible.
