Virtuoso SG800 A3 paper not feeding straight

Has anyone else had any problems with the A3 paper not printing straight?

I have mentioned this to Sawgrass and they are going to have a look into this so maybe it is an issue not just me.

I don't have any problem with paper not feeding through and printing correctly on other printers but this is my 1st A3 printer so wondered if it's the bigger size tray that is causing this??

I'm still having problems with this. Paper is consistently feeding through printer with the top right hand side feeing in first and more than the left hand side (facing the printer)
When doing a full page print the print starts very close to the edge on the left hand side and a thick border of unprinted paper on the top right hand side.
This means that every sheet when cut in paper cutter won't line up against the edge of the cutter.
I know it's not me as no other printer I own has this problem.
It may not seem like a big issue but it is annoying and I am so paranoid about having crooked prints it is taking far longer than it should to do everything.

Printer is being replaced under warranty so hopefully a good outcome
