Now some of you will know I run printers with my own profiles, and I run a ricoh 3110 with sawgrass inks and powerdriver. The ricoh is the ahh bugger...when things go tits up and just need to plug and play to get an order out the door. Was grateful this weekend when my main computer refused to boot, so plugged in an old laptop and away we went.
Now its going to be due 3 ink cartridges shortly and I eat the black so 4 really, it's 4 years old, and has been worked quite hard during it's time. Now the question is do I buy 3 possibly 4 cartridges, or do I replace it with a new SG400 on the basis it's getting on?
I wouldn't have considered replacing it, but BMS have the SG400 for £286.80 including VAT at the moment, a complete set of carts is £201......hmm.
Oh what a dilema..

Yes, that is what we did a couple of weeks ago (rather than buy new inks for our SG3110) but my post that mentioned the above offer from BMS was removed so good luck with yours staying!
Re: Oh what a dilema..
Ahh that explains why I couldn't find it!
I had a recollection of somebody mentioning a supplier doing it, couldn't find it in search so assumed I was just going mad!
