silhouette cutting problem

HI,

Don't know if anybody has had this problem before. I am cutting some vinyl and for some reason, instead of the cutter starting form the top (where it is fed into the cutter, it is feeding the vinyl through to the very end and starting to cut it from the bottom right corner which end up ruining the vinyl, anybody had this problem? I have even reset the machine to factory settings.??
