Can anyone help with a possible solution for a problem I'm having with my BN20? It's chewed up three lots of vinyl when pulling it back through to cut it. Between each instance, we've checked everything is clear and followed the instructions on screen - we just can't see what's causing it. The machine was running all day yesterday and this happened at the end of the day. I managed to get one small job done on it this morning (just two 10cm x 10cm logos) but on trying to finish the job we were doing yesterday it happened again. Now when we send something different to print, it's just sitting with the print status at 0%. We're just doing a full clean so see if that helps, but if anyone knows what might be causing the problem, I'd appreciate your advice.
