CISS not working.

I'm printing a picture for a cushion cover. On this is love hearts. On the printer they are coming out a yellow / green. Ive opened the CISS carts and the cyans look extremely low. Does anyone know why this is?

There's plenty of ink in the bottles. I'm thinking there's possibly airlocks. What's the correct way to bleed the air out?

did you prime them before you put them into the printer ?.....same with bleeding them...see here >>

Yes did that. Have just done it again and it's working. Will see how we get on...
