Re: Xpres Natural polyester Tote bags - out of stock again!

Post by JMugs »

Hi folks
Did anybody find an alternative supplier last time they ran out? I know I haven't. I thought ordering when I get down to 4 weeks worth of stock was being fairly cautious but it appears not.

Not expected back in stock until end of August, never used to have a problem, but the last 12 months xpres stocking of these has been mainly out of stock and then they have been back in stock months later than expected! Hence I either find an alternative supplier, buy in bulk from xpres when back in stock so I carry at least 3 months surplus as a minimum, or I buy in bulk elsewhere.

Regards

Why not get them in from China direct if you are going through that many?

If not then someone like Martin at BMS will always order stuff in and share the shipping costs with you if you can work with his ordering schedule

Hi Social
I don't sell 100's a month, but 10's a month. Hence down to the last 40 ish, so re-order, but none in stock for the next 6 weeks. I don't really want to order many 100's....unless I have to. As you say a chat with Martin might be a way forward.

Onwards

Yeah, although I have nothing against xpres, it does seem that stock is always an issue. If you chat with Martin you can find out how many times he orders a year etc and you can plan from there.

Good luck fella
