Error on Graphtec CE6000-60 Cutter GPGL

I'm getting an error on my Graphtec CE6000-60 that I can't clear.

"Error E02001GP-GL Error 1 Command Error"

Found loads of reference to this error on the CE5000 and advice is to change cutter to GPGL. I'm already set to GPGL.

I've removed power for 30 mins, cleared buffer, reset cutter but nothing seems to clear the error.

Anyone had this on a CE6000 before?
