We are using a sublimation ink system with our Epson 1400. We get a message saying that I need to replace a cartridge. I have been through the replacement process ( but not actually replacing anything as there is lots of ink left in that supply ) but I still get the message saying that I haven’t inserted an authentic ink cartridge so we cant print anything, how can I get around this?
Many Thanks
Philip

Re: Epsom 1400 Ink Replacement Issue
Do you have any original carts to hand? Have you actually removed the CIS carts and re-installed?
Re: Epsom 1400 Ink Replacement Issue
Sounds like the carts have moved. Insert very firmly and each one should click into place. Check the printer status in the control panel - are they all greyed out or just one or two? If all then carts not inserted correctly. If one or two then these need resetting.
