Get Canvas Plus - anyone home?

Anyone else having big problems with Get Canvas Plus?

They are not answering telephone calls on the GCP telephone number. The Get Canvas telephone number says it is out of date and provides a new number. This new number then has just an audible message saying they do not take telephone calls and you should fill in on online ticket. The issue is that no one is responding to online tickets!

Perhaps they have done a runner or gone on holiday?

Very bad customer service - aka they have none!

This all looks very worrying. Our grudge is that they sent us a product (only last week so still trading) that is slightly different to that shown on the web site. Not a huge amount of monies worth (about a ton) but nevertheless we have filled in their returns form and nought. Nothing. No one answering phone or emails. Probably a job for trading standards. Anyone live close to them and have a big stick?

I ordered a roll of laminate and 2 (yes 2) acrylic blocks. My order was held back because one of the blocks was out of stock! After nearly 2 weeks I was contacted and told the owner was off and it sounds like one chap has been left to play catch up.
