Hi guys,

Does anybody have any experience using 123 Premium from The Magic Touch? I've used 2 samples of it which I'm impressed with the finish but I haven't used it for layering, purely for text. Also, as it's cold peel, how would you go about layering it? Usually with hot peel I press for a few seconds to adhere it to the garment and then a final press of the recommended time when it's all on there, but that isn't possible with cold peel is it.

Thanks in advance

the 123 premium has a higher tack carrier film - so better for detail than basic 123
it is the same price as premium flex, - but with more range on heat & time.
It is less suited to layering than regular premium flex.
danger of de-lamination with multi pressing i think.
why not use premium flex instead?

Always an option I guess thanks logobear! I usually use Xpres Ultra Cut as I think it’s fantastic, but I’ve got a colour that isn’t near anything Xpres have in that range, and TMT have. Having dabbled with 123 Premium I wondered people’s thoughts. Have you had any experiences before with Premium Flex logobear?

we only use premium flex.
i know 123 is faster and got a bigger range of press temp options ... but i didn't want a mix in my shop - and with detail you need high tack carrier.
we have a second use for the carrier too!
