I’ve got a Ricoh SG 3110 DN - I’ve downloaded the driver and the ICC profile and set this all up with instructions from the company I bought from - now I go to my design which is saved as a jpeg in a folder on my pc - it’s seems unable to print - I just get error printing in the print queue info .... so not sure where to go to find out what the error is.
‘’’What settings do I need to look for and check ?

Re: printing error
Which software are you printing from? Photoshop, Coreldraw, Ai, Gimp, Inkscape...?

Procreate and Affinity - I’m not trying to print directly from those - the files are on my hard drive

Re: printing error
You need to print from graphics software that handles ICC profiles. You need to be able to allow the software to manage colours via the ICC profile and turn off colour management in the printer driver.

Oki so will Gimp handle importing psd files that are ready to go? And will I be able to print from within Gimp then?

Re: printing error
I don't personally use Gimp (I have Photoshop) but I believe Gimp allows opening, editing, printing and saving of layered PSD files. Gimp also allows printing via an ICC profile.
