Virtuoso SG400 print quality problem

Hi all,
I recently bought a Virtuoso SG400 printer I will use to make customized mugs, but I'm having problem with print quality, in particular with the black.
Look at the scan below, you can see that the black have irregular border.
Just after printing it, all the colors appear dull/dry, while the black it's wet and need more time to become dry like the other colors.

I tried different settings and also with different divrers, in fact i used VPM and also PowerDriver v4, but I get always the same problem.
Do you know what can cause this?

PS: I'm using original SubliJet HD ink.
