Hi
I am a newbie to the world of sublimation and need to pick the brains of the experts on this site please, i have a clamshell heatpress and i am using City Ink Express sublimation papers, and inks that came with the printer bundle i bought from them, the issue i am having is that when i print onto white t shirts i am getting a yellow/burn area the same size as the press even though i am using a teflon sheet ontop on the shirt and the time and temp that city inks told me to use with their paper and in (190 degrees centigrade for 70 seconds) which i tought mighg be a bit too long but i asked him if i heard him correctly and yes it was for 70 seconds (not 17 as i thought it might have been) please help

Re: T Shirt Printing Problems
Hi thanks for the help only tried three so far and all three were 100% cotton hope this helps
Re: T Shirt Printing Problems
You cannot sublimate onto cotton. I would suggest grabbing a large coffee and having a good look through the forum. You will find many of the questions going around in your head right now already answered on here.
