Will all Epson ecotanks work for sublimation?

I am now thinking of getting an Epson ecotanks printer, would it be simple as just to clean out the tank and replace them with my sublimation ink? Or is there anything else involved that I'm not aware of?

I know with standard printers, I would normally need to buy empty cartridges, but these ecotanks are different.

Yes Kev, we've two eco-tanks that run on sublimation ink. They do very well on it, just be sure the ink you are thinking of using does have a good ICC profile with whatever software you are using.
