Jig for metal business cards

Hi,

We are selling lots of the metal business cards and its taking a while to heat tape them all before pressing.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any jigs that we could just pop them in and press.

Considering the thin metal needs to be pressed i cannot see how a jig would be possible. We print hundreds and indeed each one we tape along one edge but this takes hardly any more time then just placing facedown on the paper.

maybe someone with CNC machine would help you. half a millimetre grove would be enough to keep them in place. but this is for the thicker aluminium ones I use. Not the fiddly, paper-thin. I found them rubbish.
