Mug Squad Template Issue

Hi all

Purchased a bundle of templates from Mug Squad and I am having problems with adding photos into the template. I can insert them but it doesn't sit inside the layer properly. Trying to use 'WHO SHOT' template.

I may be doing something wrong here but would appreciate some pointers.

I am using ps.

Yes, I did get my discount thank you.

It is very frustrating, I might try some of the other templates and see if I get similar issues.

I have no problem altering text boxes etc., its just the photos don't seem to sit inside the the head part where it says "INSERT FACE PIC".

Any help would be very much appreciated.
