Hi, I’m not if anyone can help me,
I have contacted my supplier and they have advised to clean the Banding ribbon which I have done, has anyone experience this before?
my nozzle checks are perfect and I’m using corel draw and try tru paper with sawgrass hd inks and Ricoh sg7100

Im not sure my photo has uploaded correctly
mot is random horizontal lines and not happening on every print
