Leather Cap Badges

Anyone here producing leather cap badges? I am set up for volume manufacture of veg tanned English leather personalised shapes (ie cap badges in multiple styles) I can produce approx 1-2000 badges a day with virtually any custom design, at very sensible money. Is this a line with any volume to it in the UK?. Americans seem to stick virtually anything to those "Elma Fudd" style caps, just wondered how the market is here.
