Just a quick question, I was wondering what you have found to be the sweet spot for your templates with the gap from the handle. I use the MDP basic press and the MDP 10oz mugs (which I really like) and last year I left 2cms from the handle each side. But I found this to be a bit hit and miss, sometimes it was perfect, sometimes faded and a wasted mug. When they were perfect I did like this setting with the way it looked.
What do you leave as your edge from the mug handle?
I learned a lot last year but this year I want them spot on every time or as much as possible! It does tend to be on one side (the back) more than the other so maybe it's my blanket or a press foible. I don't put them in cold but I don't pre heat in the press or with hot water so maybe I should start doing this as standard. I'm due to list my new designs so I want to be perfect them before I do, I don't want hit and miss this year if I can avoid it.
Thanks all!
