is it possible to change your username and how?

i want to change it to mattieb as current one is only company name

it's usually easy to do but as Paul said u need certain permissions

i know on mine it's easy but i have to reset their password
so i usually make one up that easy and then they change it back once they log in
bit of a palaver but only way i've found i can do it
