Confused on what website to design?

Hi, I'm into web and graphic design and have some experience making some 'ok' ecommerce sites. Host them all on my VPS.

Was thinking to make a general printing website that sells:

Customised Clothing
sublimation products
flyers, business cards etc.
Photos
canvas
or anything else I can do or have access to.

Question is will it be a good idea and work? or should I focus on a target market?
For example, seperate websites for all? and maybe all linked in some way?

Any suggestions or people willing to get involved would be great

u could just have a shop with dif cats that sell them all
maybe have it for trade/businesses only?

I had an idea of a super bar on top like www.gap.com
with the different websites on top but linking to one, so let's say I specialise in Canvas, another member can run and process orders for clothing.
all under one head site, and possibly with one shopping cart.
