Just how do you get a good print on these lighters in a heat press. I've been trying but the image always is faded/ghosted at the top of the print on the part that flips open.
Any tips?

One of the members gave a good hint about inserting a object that he made so the lighter wouldn't buckle, there is a thread here, but you you'll need to look for it for the life of me i cannot remember who, but it works a treat.

Twas i Leclerk (sorry been watching to many old recordings of Alo.Alo ) think it was me jennywren made up some tile cuttings to insert but have got to be honest even i have problems getting them to print out decent and i bought a good few of them and there still sitting here doing nowt i have all but gave up with them, The ones i got were from the Transfer press ( Not having a go at them they were more than helpful and even replaced the ones that never printed out ) I think its just one of these items that are a bit of a hit or miss if you look at there updated website the zippo style are no longer listed but there still supplying the black gas ones which have the seperate insert and these print out great.
Tonyutero if you would like me to send you an insert plese let me know and I will send it off to you.

That would be great, funny thing is the first two I tried printed fine but since then no real joy so yes very hit and miss - shame as these have sold way better than I thought they would.
