Virgin are upgraded and I've not be able to access my email for hours, now they have put a sign up click here for email, not working, they also have click here for paying your bill, that one works, made me smile god know why though as I find the whole very frustrating, yet the email have come through on my phone,

We've not been able to login to our Virginmedia email for years. We phoned them a while back but it didn't help. Fortunately we don't use their email account anyway.

When I changed over to a new PC I had problems with the email so, I gave them a call. I got a very nice man in India who said he would sort it all out for me & call me back in about 30 minutes. He did call me back in under 30 minutes & asked me to check if my email was now ok which it was. One of those rare times when you get very good customer service.

Funny enough I got a email from virgin media as I clicked on the payment section ( the one that work ) and said I'd paid my bill, that was the first email through, I sent them a snotty reply

You're lucky. I think ours worked back when the were NTL (and C&W before that), but it's never worked since being virginmedia and the phone call didn't make any difference.
