Power Driver help pease

Hi All

I am totally new to all this & I have just got a Ricoh 3310DN printer. I have been onto the Swagrass site to download Powerdriver & I think I have followed their instructions correctly by applying the registration code.

However Powerdriver does not appear in my list of programs, neither is there a desk top icon. I have opened Photoshop & it's obvious there either, so I have not got a clue if I have it on my machine or not, & if I have how on earth I meant to see it/work with it.

Hi Eddie,

If you followed the instructions you should have installed the Ricoh RPCS raster driver first which the Powerdriver needs to function.

Go back to the site and read the install instructions and download the Ricoh driver first and install this and then the Powerdriver.

Do you see PowerDriver when you select File > Print... Powerdriver will appear in the list if correctly installed and configured.
