Hi Everyone,

As this is the best place to come, I wondered if anyone on here had a vinyl printer for sale.

I am after a vinyl printer/plotter so further my business offerings.

If anyone can help, get in touch,

Many Thanks

I decided to keep it Paul....as you said, they are very good for the money. We can point you in the right direction if you want something similar though.

Hi Guys,

I have a Graphtec CE5000-60 at the moment and was to enhance the business by getting a printer.

Something like a versacamm.

I have found something on ebay. A Versacamm SP300v and a laminator, with 6 bottles of brand new ink, and 2 50mtre rolls of vinyl media and 2 x 50mtre laminator roll, for £5000.00
What are your thoughts?
Cheers

Aha, sorry, you asked about a vinyl 'printer' not cutter!

I see Xpres have the latest desktop version which may be worth a look.

yes I saw the BN20, but it is a bit small and will need to purchase again to do bigger designs.

The machine I am looking at on ebay, I can do canvas, photos, wrap ect on, which would give me a big market to sell in.

I have a versacamm VS300 print & cut and have nothing but praise for them. However you need to know that the machine has been looked after before purchasing. If things go wrong (which is very rare) they can be expensive to fix.

You could try Roland Direct who have a launched their own rental/purchase scheme. About £1500 (inc VAT) deposit plus about £500 a month gets you a new machine printing white and metallic, and it comes with their silver warranty as standard.

If interested PM me and I will send you the guys email.

That looks to be a good deal on fleabay.........when looking for a laminator myself I was quoted over £2000 for the new version of this machine. It would be worth checking on the inks used. If I was looking for a versacamm I wouldn't touch one that used anything other than Roland inks. This is merely me being cautious because if the inks mess up the print heads it is going to cost over £1000 per head to fix.
