having checked my printer settings i noticed some faults i have been on sawgrass website they only have elements 10 listed
what i have done according to there instructions is the following
in edit couler settings clicked and saved no couler management
checked that when image is open rgb couler is checked
what i cant do is in the menu bar image convert colour proflie is convert to srgb the convert couler profile is grayed out
i have just printed another mug again no fading but the dark hair on my dog is coming out light like orangy even though on paper it is dark brown is this temp or print settings

Can't comment on Elements, but I use CorelDraw and I don't change any settings. just print through Powerdriver. Just a thought, can you post your image to somebody on your paper for them to print on a mug. If it works for them you either have a press problem or mug problem. Send them a couple of pounds worth of stamps at the same time to cover the cost of a mug and some time. The closer to you the better, as it gives you somebody to chat to on the phone as well, catch up for a coffee, beer etc.

See this is what confused me in the begining, it says follow instructions
here http://www.sawgrasseurope.com/technical ... winprofile

then here

http://sawgrasseurope.indigofiles.com/t ... -10-WP.pdf

Then after going on here i ignored all of that ^^ and just used power driver.
