I seem to be having a silly moment and was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction

I am trying to find out what driver my sublimation Ricoh is running at the moment as I have seen mentioned that there may be a new driver out which stops the printer using so much ink when doing maintenance.

if anyone has any ideas that would be great

Thanks

It's not the driver, it's the firmware you are needing to update.

My Ricoh very rarely does any maintenance, is that because it is used every day?

If you're in a quiet room with it, you can hear it every so often doing its thing

It does a lot of maintenance when in standby but I didn't use mine for about 2months and when I went back to it I now have empty carts and I read somewhere that they have done an update so it don't use so much ink when keeping heads clean
