Looking to purchase a "cheapish" pigment ink printer to try "print & cut" work on Cameo.
Already have a variety of printers, including sublimation printer, but none of them will handle pigment based inks unless I buy refillable cartridges which work out quite expensive when you take into account cost of ink.
So before investing in pigment ink CIS system I would like to try out on a cheap printer first
Any suggestions?
Anyone recommend a good pigment ink printer?

Re: Anyone recommend a good pigment ink printer?
We use an Epson PX720WD with CISS for pigment inks (from InkTec) ... this is a model with scanner, but am sure there'll be an equivalent model without the scanner. This arrangement works fine with a custom ICC made. Not sure if the original inks (Claria) are pigment or dye, but the printer certainly doesn't mind what we're putting through it.
We already had the litres of pigment ink for our wide format printer, so figured we could be more economic and load these into the small printer too, which mainly does office duties, but having the same pigment inks in it as the large format means we can do small artwork prints on it.
